What you can expect
- You will be asked what has been happening, for how long, and what you have already tried.
- The hour is a working conversation. It is not a test, and it is not a performance of advice.
- Near the end you will hear a plain view: stop here, or book a full counseling session.
When it is the right door
- You are unsure whether counseling is what you need.
- You are travelling from Pune or another town and want a first sitting before you commit.
- You are a parent, a spouse, or a business owner with one stuck question.
The hour is held in Jalgaon, or by phone or video if you are in Pune or farther away. It is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call local emergency services or Tele-MANAS on 14416.
If the hour shows that more time is needed, the next step is a full counseling session.
